THE APPROACH
Understand the pattern.
Change the picture.
Private, ongoing behavioural support for people who feel stuck in familiar patterns, are navigating a crossroads, or want to make a meaningful change but can't quite find a way through.
This is individual work, shaped around your life rather than a one-size-fits-all programme. We take time to understand what's happening, develop a clearer picture together, and explore changes that are realistic in the context of your everyday life.
HOW IT WORKS
The deep dive
We begin with an in-depth conversation about your life as it is now: your routines, pressures, relationships, priorities, experiences and the things you'd like to change. There's no need to arrive with a polished explanation. The purpose is to listen carefully and understand the wider picture, not rush to solutions.
Your behavioural map
Afterwards, I work through what we've explored and develop an initial map of the patterns, influences and friction points that may be relevant. These are working hypotheses, not labels or diagnoses. We discuss them together, check what fits your experience, and identify what may be worth exploring further.
Ongoing conversations
We use regular check-ins and ongoing conversation to understand what's changing in real life. We look at what's getting in the way, what seems to help, and what new information your experiences are giving us. The work adapts as we learn more.
Small experiments, real learning
Where it makes sense, we agree practical changes to try. Rather than expecting perfect execution, we pay attention to what actually happens and use that information to refine the approach. The aim is greater understanding and changes that work for you beyond the conversation itself.
THE PRIVATE PRACTICE
Ongoing support, built around you.
The initial deep dive and behavioural map are followed by a three-month initial period of one-to-one support. This includes regular weekly check-ins, ongoing contact between check-ins when useful, and periodic reviews of what we're learning and where to focus next.
This is not a crisis service, medical treatment or psychotherapy. If what you need falls outside my scope, I'll be straightforward about that and, where appropriate, encourage you to seek support from a suitably qualified professional.
£450 / month
Three-month initial commitment · £1,350 total
The fee includes the initial deep dive, an individual behavioural map, weekly check-ins and ongoing support between them when useful. The work is tailored to the person, not delivered as a fixed set of worksheets.
ASK A QUESTION →An initial conversation is simply a chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels appropriate. There is no pressure to proceed.
